Online Orders
The online orders are made using our latest and comprehensive shopping system,
OOTS - Online Ordering & Tracking System. You will be able to track the status of the orders online!

You will receive an order confirmation by email with the orderID as soon as you complete the order online. All orders placed between Sunday and Thursday are processed and shipped within 48 hours.

Return Policy
- Products can be returned up to 14 days from acceptance.
- Product should be sent to GraphoNet.
- Money will be refunded ,excluding shipping costs, upon receiving the product at GraphoNet, with no damage and fully functioning.
- Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
